 WHY I SHOULD REGULARLY DETOXIFY  ■ Junk food ■ Nature of the colon  ■ Deadly diseases linked to unhealthy colon  ■ Medical research and findings ■ Unhealthy gastrointestinal tract Detoxification; (detox for short) in our context is the removal of toxic substances from our intestinal tract  system Most of the time our meals consist mainly of junk foods because it is faster and easier to prepare.
