HOW TO KEEP OUR LYMPHATIC SYSTEM AND SPLEEN HEALTHY
Lymphatic system is a network of fluid-filled nodes, vessels, glands and organs. It parades every part of our bodies. It’s like a *MILITARY PATROL TEAM* every part of our body is under it’s watch.
It is one of the most important systems of our body.
The lymphatic system of our body main function is to cleanse toxins and protect us against harmful inversions.
It carries waste from our body into the bloodstream.
Everyday we are being bombarded from both external (food, air, personal care products, water) as well as internal (damaged proteins, metabolic wastes ). The lymphatic system tackes these toxic materials that invades or are not needed by our body on daily basis making it a key detoxification pathway
Through the lymph nodes and the lymphatic network, our immune cells can travel around fighting diseases and infection, preventing the invasion of pathogens like bacteria and molds.
The *SPLEEN* which is the largest lymphatic tissue in the body is our main immune defender. Once toxins enter the bloodstream, they are purified through the spleen. The spleen recycle red blood cell and platelets, white blood cells is stored there, is always fighting infection. If the spleen is overwhelmed with i.e HIV virus or other deadly disease, the body will start deteriorating
But unlike the blood, the lymph does not have a pump , rather it relies on the relaxation and the contractions of the muscles and the joints to move it ( engage in regular body exercise)
Like everything in nature our lymphatic system can easily become weak, especially when it’s overwhelmed with toxic materials. This will leave it stagnated and the immune system impaired.
(EDMARK SHAKE OFF AND SPLINA is recommended here)
*Signs of congested lymphatic system inlude; swelling in the arms (tight rings) and ankles, puffiness in the eyes or face, swollen glands, headaches, fatigue, sinus infections, dry or itching skin*
The main sign of lymphatic dysfunction is *lymphedema* which causes:
● swelling of the arms and legs.
● fingers or toes may retain fluids and swell.
● the tissue of the head and neck may be affected too
Lymphedema can also lead to
● skin changes,
● skin discoloration, blisters,
● leaking of fluids from the skin and infections The good news is that keeping the Lylymphatic system in shape (good state) doesn't require much, all you need to do is drink plenty of water daily, exercise regularly (walking , jogging, use of massaging machines etc) and more
*importantly inclusion of RAW FOOD AND HERBS SUCH AS SPLINA, SHAKE OFF, GANODERMA COFFEE (TROIKA, CAFEE 73, MOCHA) AND SPIRULINA in our daily diets.
By mixing SPLINA with the water we take on daily basis the Lymphatic system will gradually regain its circulation power*
